Begin your meal experience with a succulent sage-roasted rabbit loin, roasted oxtail consommé or salmon tartare. Mouth-watering main course creations include Alberta lamb, Atlantic salmon, Canadian buffalo steak and duck breast, all cooked with a European-style. And don’t forget a truly Canadian dessert- maple sugar-crusted crême brulée. Jackets and reservations are recommended.
